The sale of webinar seats is intended solely for educational purposes and does not guarantee any participant the opportunity to receive the product featured in the webinar.
    2. No Raffle, Lottery, Sweepstakes, or Giveaway: The webinar seat purchase and participation in Deluxe Arms webinars is not be construed as a raffle, lottery, sweepstakes, giveaway, game of chance, or gambling. The selection of a participant to receive the reviewed product at the end of the webinar is carried out randomly using a 3rd party service to ensure fairness and impartiality. In addition, the selected participant is not receiving the product free of charge. It is expected they will conduct an impartial review of the product and then contact Deluxe Arms if they wish to keep the product at a price negotiated between the participant and Deluxe Arms.
    3. Purchased Seat Benefits: By purchasing a seat for a Deluxe Arms webinar, participants receive access to the educational content and the opportunity to learn about the specific product being reviewed.     5. Product Review Responsibility: Participants who are selected to receive the product featured in the webinar understand and agree to provide an honest review of the product based on their own experience. Deluxe Arms encourages thorough and unbiased reviews to assist other customers in making informed decisions.
    6. Limitation of Liability: By participating in a Deluxe Arms webinar, you acknowledge and agree that Deluxe Arms shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the webinar, including but not limited to loss or damage of property or any personal injury resulting from the use or possession of the product featured in the webinar.

Jurisdiction: Participants agree that any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from or related to the webinars, seat purchases, or any use of the Company’s website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal actions shall be initiated in the courts of the State of Texas, and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
