Webinar Information
How do the webinars work?
It’s simple. Find an upcoming webinar, pick your seat, and checkout. You’ll receive a link to the live or pre-recorded session, and at the end, we randomly pick a lucky participant to receive the item that was reviewed. IMPORTANT: If the webinar features a firearm, be sure you can legally possess it if you are chosen at the end.
Is there a minimum age to participate?
You must be at least 21 years of age in order to participate in any webinar, including those that do not feature firearms. Do not participate if you are under 21, and do not attempt have the item shipped to a different individual. If you attempt to do this with firearms, we will notify the ATF of an attempted straw purchase.
How long are the webinars open for registration?
We’ll keep the webinars open until all seats are sold, but no longer than 30 days. If we don’t sell enough seats to run the webinar, then we’ll cancel and fully refund all participants.
Why can’t I checkout with more than one webinar at a time?
We limit the checkout process to one webinar at a time to help simplify things for all of us. By keeping it to one webinar per checkout, webinar info such scheduling, video link, winner selection, etc… will be attached to a single order. Also, if we need to cancel a webinar due to insufficient seat sales, then we can void the entire order instead of doing a partial cancellation.
If I’m picked, how do I receive the item?
If the webinar reviewed a firearm, we will need a copy of your chosen FFL’s license, or their contact info so we can request it (see the FFL section below for more details). At that point, it’s just a regular transfer, your FFL can fill you in on the details and costs. If it’s not a firearm, then we ship it direct to you.
How do I know the selection is really random?
We don’t actually do the selection at the end, but use the third-party service Random.org to perform the selection. We’ll provide the verification information to all participants so it can be independently verified.
Are there any additional fees if I’m selected?
There may be additional fees if the item needs to be shipped outside the lower 48 states or if the item is very large or requires special shipping. A note will be made in the webinar description if this is the case.
If the item is a firearm, it will be shipped via FedEx 2-Day air (handguns) or FedEx Ground. Non-firearm items will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. In rare cases where the item is extra large, we may ship it by LTL freight or deliver it in-person. We will contact you if this is the case.
Do I need to do anything after I receive the item?
Once you receive the item, we want you to make your own review. You can either write up a review or record a video. After creating and submitting your review to us, you can either send the item back to us, or you can keep it! If you want to keep it, send us a message for more info.
Can I participate if I’m not a U.S. Citizen or Resident?
In order to participate in any of our webinars, you must be a citizen or resident of the United States. If you want to purchase a firearm from Deluxe Arms and have it exported, contact us at [email protected] for details.
Is this a raffle, giveaway, sweepstakes, or lottery?
No, the webinars provide an educational overview of the item presented. Also, it’s important to note that we’re not giving the item away, but we’re discounting the price to compensate for the selected participant’s time in creating their review.
Do you charge my card when I book a seat?
No, we only authorize your card to make sure it’s valid and has sufficient funds, but don’t actually charge it. Once the webinar has sold enough seats to go live, we will then charge your card. The authorization can only exist for a maximum of 30 days.
Why do we do this? In case a webinar doesn’t sell enough seats, we simply void the authorization and you never have to pay for the cancelled webinar.
Can I get a refund?
No, there are no refunds for webinars, all purchases are final. The only time we will issue a refund is when the session is cancelled due to a lack of seat sales.
Our webinars are designed to educate the participants on the item being presented. Do not participate in the webinars if your only interest is in getting selected at the end. The webinar is not a raffle, giveaway, or lottery.
Any attempt at contacting your credit card company to perform a chargeback will result in an immediate ban from our website and constitutes wire fraud. We will pursue such claims to the fullest extent provided by law and for all interstate customers, your information will be provided to the appropriate federal agencies.
Do you sell the items in the webinars?
Actually yes, quite often the webinar items are listed for sale on our main homepage, deluxearms.com. You may want to consider purchasing the item, especially for hard-to-find and one-of-a-kind items, before they end up in a webinar session.
How do I provide FFL information to receive the firearm?
If you are the chosen participant in the webinar to receive a firearm, we will need a copy of your FFL’s license sent to [email protected] along with your name and description of the item in the email. If you do not have access to a copy of the license, contact your FFL and provide them the above info so we can release your firearm for shipment.
If you have already received firearms from us in the past and would like to use the same FFL, just let us know. We’ll verify your FFL’s license and as long as it’s still valid, we’ll send the firearm to them.
Can I pick up the firearm from your location?
If you are a Texas resident (with valid government issued ID) and are local to the San Antonio area, you can pick up the firearm at our location. Please contact us to schedule a time to stop by. We will not charge any additional fees for in-person pick up.
For NFA items, we are not processing Form 4 applications at this time, but plan to do so in the future. You will need to select an FFL with an SOT that can receive the NFA item and assist in submitting the paperwork to the ATF.
What do I need to do if I'm receiving an NFA item?
If the webinar featured an NFA item (suppressor, SBR, SBS, AOW, etc…), your FFL will need to have an SOT to receive the item. Have your FFL send us a copy of their license and their tax stamp to [email protected]. Once we receive copies of both, we will start the process with the ATF to transfer the item to your FFL, which could take up to 2 weeks.
Once your FFL receives the NFA item, you will then need to complete ATF Form 4. Contact your FFL for instructions on the transfer process and fees, especially if you’ve never received an NFA item before.
What if I am unable to receive the firearm?
Before participating in any webinar, be sure you are able to own the firearm. If you are unsure, contact your FFL.
If you are unable to take possession the firearm for any reason, the firearm is to be returned to us and you will not receive a refund of your webinar entry fee. We will randomly choose another participant from the webinar to receive the firearm. Contact us so that we can provide a return label to your FFL.
Can I have a firearm transferred to your location?
We do not accept firearm transfers since we are not staffed like a traditional gun shop. There are many local gun shops and home-based FFLs in the San Antonio area that are more than willing to provide transfer services at a reasonable fee.

How do you reveal the selected participant in the webinar?
The selected participant at the end of the webinar will be revealed by your “Screen Name”, which is entered at checkout. We strongly suggest you use an alias for your Screen Name and not identifying information.
